M/s ICL-IP America Inc. (ICL), a global leader in specialty minerals and chemicals and M/s High Grade Industries (I) Pvt. Ltd. (High Grade), a leading manufacturer of premium quality compounds, additives and chemicals in India (www.highgrade.in), with all required permits and approvals to operate its state of the art manufacturing facility located at Kilvani, Silvassa (U.T.) (PAN# AABCH1712Ql; GST# 26AABCH17 12QlZI; UAN# DN0180000198; and CIN# U24110MH2000PTC128609) have entered into collaboration agreement which will result in High Grade receiving technical support and a right to use the Fyrquel® and Syn-O-Ad® brand names in the Republic of India according to the Technology License Agreement dated January 7th, 2022.
As a result, Indian customers will receive functional fluids with “Made in India” marks and labels with the same quality commitment and guarantee, in addition to the OEM approvals for these products.
ICL-IP will validate Guarantee Certificates and Test Certificates of fire-resistant fluids, manufactured by M/s High Grade Industries under the above-mentioned Technology License Agreement.
